Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes, a 50% deposits is required for a reservation. Once the deposit has been made you will than be reserved with you items for your event date.

Yes, we are full insured. We can provied proof of insurance and you may be listed on insurance for the day.

No, deposits are non refundable.

Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply the cord and blowers, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet(s) we are utilizing.  Unit must be set up within 50 ft of power plug. Multiple extension cords can’t be used together. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time it is being utilized, and once unplugged, they deflate quickly. Placement of the inflatable should be as close as possible to the outlet.

RAIN POLICY: During periods of inclement weather (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) Budget Bounce LLC reserves the right to cancel reservations. We focus on the safety of our customers and if rain or storms are likely in your area on your rental date, your reservation could be cancelled. We will do our best to keep you informed in a timely manner.
CANCELLATIONS: Customers may cancel reservations at any time and for any reason up to 24 hours prior to the rental. Deposits are non refundable and can be used towards rain date.

All of our units are available on a first come, first serve basis but you may make reservations as late as the day before your rental. Keep in mind that inflatable units are in high demand, especially during the warmer months of the year, so it would be wise to make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure you will have plenty of fun at your event.
